RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT CONSTRUCTION WOKING. £15k-£25k base.

Our client is currently in its 6th year of trading and is now looking to expand their already established team. You will be working on 2 areas, comprising house building and interior fit out, and will have regular contact with candidates across the market, from site managers to directors, and therefore will need to be credible in front of white collar workers, for example, CAD designers.

You can expect a competitive salary, ranging from £15k - £25k, depending on experience and a generous commission structure of 30% on everything you bill, with no threshold to meet. Also on offer is a monthly bonus awarded for hitting your target as well as a quarterly bonus and occasional company orientated rewards, including day trips and company activities.

A successful candidate will be dynamic, humorous, sharp and outgoing, and will be a good fit for the team. Experience is preferred, but not essential; however a bubbly personality with drive and ambition is key.
