Salary: £30k (negotiable) + Excellent commission structure + benefits

"Specialist construction recruiter looking for experienced consultants, sales professionals and graduates for their Guildford office."

I am currently representing one of the major construction recruitment firms in the UK. They are looking to continue their growth by doubling in size over the coming year and are currently looking for dynamic individuals to come and join their team.

You will preferably have 6 months + recruitment experience although b2b sales professionals and graduates looking to start a career in recruitment would also be of interest. You will need to be energetic, sales orientated and target driven to succeed in this role. You will be required to pursue and secure new business opportunities by actively approaching companies. To be a success it is crucial that you have the sales attitude required for this position. This role does require a lot of hard work and you will need to be prepared to push yourself continuously. However, for those that do succeed the rewards are huge. Their top billing consultant took home a 3 figure salary last year and the prospect for rapid promotion is real (two of the current divisional managers began their careers as consultants.)
