A driven and motivated Regional Sales Manager is required to join this company selling employment services. This company has been established since 1998. All applicants should have field sales experience with a proven track record of selling into the public sector.
Regional Sales Manager Employment Services
JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager.
AREA: South West.
BASED: Home based in the South West.
BASIC: £34K - £40K dependent on experience.
OTE: £60K uncapped.
BENEFITS: £5K car allowance, 23 days holiday, mobile, laptop, healthcare, pension and £750 per annum flexible benefits.
THE ROLE
ˇA driven and motivated Regional Sales Manager is required to join this company selling employment services.
ˇThis company's remit is to get long term out-of-work people back to work with public sector funded training and investment.
ˇThe candidates are mainly released prisoners, long term unemployed, uneducated or poorly educated people and immigrants.
ˇThe unique selling point of this service is that the hiring company does not pay a fee for the candidate like a traditional recruitment company.
ˇThe role of the Regional Sales Manager will be a new business role selling to the public sector.
ˇThe person filling this position will be responsible for selling the idea of getting long term unemployed people, back into the work place and off of benefits to public bodies and getting them to fund the training and development of these people.
ˇThis role is based around social responsibility and most areas of the public sector, such as government or councils.
ˇThe Regional Sales Manager will mainly be selling to "regeneration departments".
ˇThe successful applicant will secure from £500K to £14million of public funding at a time.

ˇThis company has been established since 1998.
ˇThey currently employ 1000 people and have grown 30% on last year.
ˇTheir turnover is £70million.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ˇAll applicants should have field sales experience with a proven track record of selling into the public sector.
ˇThe ideal candidate will have public sector knowledge.
ˇA salesperson with passion, spark, ideas, empathy, great relationship building skills and a consultatuive sales approach is sought for this position.
