Trainee Sales Executive / Trainee Sales Representative Corporate Services

THE ROLE: You will receive 'on the job' coaching along with a structured training programme to ensure you are fully equipped both commercially and from a service perspective. The role is internally based where you will manage and develop business from a network of clients across a variety of market sectors. Your tenacity and proactive approach will stand you in good stead and help bring success for yourself and your team. For successful performers, you will be rewarded with promotion opportunities after 2 years along with the chance to greatly enhance your earnings.

REQUIREMENTS: To be considered you must be driven, motivated with a flair for spotting business opportunities. Some internal or telesales experience would be preferred. THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary - £18-20,000
Commission/Bonus - £26,500 Year 1, £35-40,000 Year 2
Benefits Pension, Benefits Scheme.
