Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant?

You will be running a busy commercial temp desk, developing new and existing business, selling the benefits of using a recruitment agency both over the telephone and face to face. You will be developing relationships with existing and potential clients, interviewing candidates and matching candidates to jobs they will LOVE!

We are looking for passion, professionalism and a strong desire to succeed, together with the ability to build customer relationships.

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in running a temp desk and achieving target.

Salary is flexible depending on experience, plus monthly uncapped commission, plus profit share! Benefits include 24 days annual leave, plus a day off for your Birthday, pension scheme, Death In Service, Healthcare scheme, Childcare voucher scheme, plus great opportunities, incentives and competitions! Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm.
