Hudson is actively seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our London Banking Recruitment teams. You should be of Graduate calibre with and have gained some exposure to sales. Working within the Investment Banking Finance team at Hudson, you will start off your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Your initial responsibilities will be candidate acquisition through headhunting, networking and database searching. You will be fully trained up in all areas of candidate acquisition, and recruitment, by our in-house training team. As your capability within the role increases, so will your responsibility. The successful candidate would expect to be promoted to a Consultant within 12 months. As a consultant you will carry out full life cycle recruitment.
