Hays Construction & Property are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our office in Victoria, Central London, SW1W 0NT. This job within the Hays Specialist Recruitment group offers excellent earning potential, fast-track career progression and extensive training for those that can excel at sales.

You can expect a fast-paced sales environment where you will be responsible for managing your own desk with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for assignments from inception through to completion. From meeting with the clients, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business, career advice, to salary/contract negotiations. Ultimately you are responsible for the success of the business and your own achievements.
