A very rare opportunity has arisen to work for one of the most respected Sales Recruitment Specialists in the industry. A company that have over the past 15 years developed Strategic Partnerships with both SME'S and Large corporate Blue Chips in the IT, Internet & e-Commerce, Communications, Capital Equipment, Media and Recruitment sectors.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a heavily Targeted Sales Role and be looking to further their career in a competitive work hard/play hard environment. You will be extremely motivated and results driven. You will be proactive and able to stand on your own two feet in a stressful market. Your desire to succeed will enable you to create a client portfolio through proactive sales and the maintenance of pipeline business. Your skills in prioritisation and time management will allow you to independently manage your business base, with minimal supervision, in order to achieve and exceed set targets.
Exceptional candidates will be offered a competitive salary with an OTE of £40-50k.The commission structure and additional bonus system rewards over-achievers with a top commission band of 30%. Realistic first year earnings of £65k+ are genuinely achievable.
