Recruitment Consultant - Corporate Sales - £24k-£30k + HIGH OTE + HOT DESK! - London

Your Profile

As a Recruitment Consultant you are looking for your next step within Recruitment or Sales, have a passion for Sales and you are a go getter. You are of Graduate calibre with a sound and solid sales background. You have a consultative but tenacious sales approach, are money motivated, and are looking for a company to grow with both personally and professionally. The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have worked in a B2B environment and consider themselves to be an articulate and polished individual with a knack for communication. If you are credible in your approach, gaining the trust and respect of your clients, adapting when you need to, are confident in approach and have experience of pitching to clients face to face, this is the role for you! We are looking for someone with a proven track record who is looking to excel wherever they work.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will need to be a strong team player, a confident and persuasive sales person as well as having a money-hungry approach to hitting all your sales targets. A proven track record within a sales environment is a distinct bonus. You are 'sharp', work fast and you enjoy delivering results quickly!

The Role

You will join as a Recruitment Consultant in one of the most profitable areas within Pfj and The Graduate Recruitment Company, in fact our top biller works in this area! This opportunity is one that is sparse in the world of recruitment - a warm desk with live jobs and working candidates! We are looking for someone to come on board and cultivate these relationships further as make a huge amount of money for both themselves and the business.

Your day will consist of:
- selling to clients and candidates either on the telephone or face to face.
- working with senior candidates ranging from 6 months sales experience all the way up to Director level sales candidates (BIG FEES! ) within Business-to-Business sales.
- working within property, commercial sales, telecoms, Finance, HR and Pharma clients all with a great standing in the market with lots to offer both candidates and clients.

No two days will be the same, ranging from pitching for new business through to interviewing candidates or developing existing business! You will work to weekly KPI's, working at a fast pace at all times.
