OFFICE MANAGER / SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST/ PA / OPERATIONS MANAGER
To £25,000 pa + Bonus scheme

A vacancy has arisen for a Secretary/ Office Manager to work in a small (10 people), but very established Recruitment Agency specialising in Professional Sales and Marketing Recruitment, based in Angel, London N1. We are looking to appoint this person ASAP
You must be confident and able to work under pressure in a driven sales environment. Excellent presentation, typing (40wpm+), telephone manner and face-to-face skills are essential as you will be dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis. A very good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be a distinct advantage. The ability and experience to proactively take responsibility for organising a Sales based office will be a major advantage as we would look for you to take control of the office and all responsibilities involved in managing it. This is by far the most important function of this role.
Main responsibilities include:
Providing support to team
PA to two Directors
Dealing with all Office suppliers
Reformatting of CVs into company style
Assistance in organisation of events
Meeting and greeting Clients and Candidates
Typing letters and proposals
Holiday / Sickness reports
Ad hoc projects as required (These can be interesting!)
Other such duties necessary to the smooth running of the team and office
Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but as we're a small office, flexibility is always available and reasonable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a pressurised but professional and fast-moving environment. You will enjoy a variety of tasks, and therefore must be flexible and efficient. You will not necessarily be a graduate, but will be of graduate calibre and demonstrate a high level of intelligence. If you are professional and easy going with first class administration and communication skills, then this could be the opportunity for you!
