GRADUATE / TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - SALES & MARKETING - LONDON
£22-25k basic + £50k OTE + Bonus
My client, a well-established sales & marketing recruitment consultancy, is currently looking for a fun and enthusiastic Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding London business.
The company is lively, professional and offers opportunities that are hard to imagine. They will give you responsibility and accountability early in your career and will push you as far as you push them.
If you: Have previous sales experience; Are articulate and driven; Have excellent communication skills (as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients) Have the ability to think on your feet and deal with a number of different situations; Are self-motivated and ambitious;
Then this is an ideal opportunity to get all the insight and training in recruitment to forge a successful career. You will be give full training and support through the initial months to ensure you have all the necessary skills required.

The role includes:
Interviewing, Business Development (lots), Client Visits, Matching Candidates, Account Management. Advertising, Customer Service, Account Administration.
You will need to be well organised and highly motivated. The role is not 9am - 5pm. Flexibility is required. We always go the extra mile. The office is modern and well furnished, a pleasure to work in.
