GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, LONDON - HR
£22-25k basic + £50k OTE
Our client is an award winning consultancy with offices in London and Manchester that is dedicated to recruiting Human Resources professionals and has led the field in providing a specialist service to its Blue Chip Clients and organisations within the Public Sector.
The role will involve a combination of new business development, account management and interviewing candidates within a supportive team environment that prides itself on its professional but open and honest approach. Training both Internal and External will be given in all aspects of recruitment however creativity and developing your own personal approach is very much encouraged.
Have you been successful in your career so far but would like to achieve more within a non -prescriptive team environment which prides itself on the excellent service it provides. Our client is a growing award winning recruitment consultancy that encourages people to use their excellent people skills to provide a high level recruitment service to its professional clients.
The Person
We are looking for articulate, honest and proactive professional people that are motivated by achievement and providing an excellent service to their clients. The role is based in Central London; you should be able to commute. We are more than happy to speak with people from a variety of industry backgrounds that can demonstrate a successful career to date. Experience of working within the Human Resources field would be a distinct advantage.
The Benefits
Salary range starts from £22 000 to £25 000 depending on experience. We will offer a salary package that recognises where you are coming from.

Both Individual and Team based commission schemes which will allow you to increase your earnings substantially based on your achievements.
