Graduate Recruitment Consultant, Banking - London
£20-25k basic + £45-50k OTE

Due to expansion plans, a unique opportunity has arisen within a new and highly prestigious banking and finance recruitment company based in central London. With 100% year on year growth they are currently looking for trainee/graduate recruitment consultants, this agency is a cut above the rest. Working from new offices, they have heavily invested in every tool needed to ensure a successful recruitment consultant.
The Banking Division was established in 2004 and covers a wide range of product areas which includes:
Equities
Fixed Income
Derivatives
Treasury
Global Markets
The roles range from entry level positions through to directorships and cover areas such as:
Investment Banking and Securities
Fund & Asset Management
Hedge Funds
Global Custody
Insurance
Commodity Broking
This company is offering a fantastic basic salary for this trainee position with a competitive commission structure also in place. Full recruitment training will be given to those without any experience and progression with the company is fully encouraged.
The role of a recruitment consultant is varied and working closely with your team you will be cold calling to develop new business, interviewing candidates in the Banking/Finance/Accountancy industry, liaising with clients, making sales presentations both by phone and in person and working to targets.
Our client is keen to recruit candidates who can demonstrate the drive, tenacity and ambition to succeed in a proactive, sales orientated, team structured and target driven recruitment environment.
The ideal person will ideally be graduate calibre with previous sales experience and must be proactive, self motivated, money orientated and have an interest in sales. But at the same time this individual must be a team player who has a positive attitude, evening if things aren't going right for them.
