A dynamic recruitment business led by a team of experienced business consultants looking to provide a fresh approach to recruitment services. We are now looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join the existing recruitment team in our Leeds office to work closely with the senior consultants.

You will be working in an office with a bright, ambitious team in a very fast paced and energetic environment and recruiting on behalf of some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. After your initial training and mentoring period you will be ready to take on your own profit centre, managing your own clients and candidates. You will conduct client meeting, candidate interviews and assessment centers, and negotiate national supplier agreements amongst many other things.

You will be provided with an industry leading training program, plus ongoing and on the job training and mentoring from experienced and successful senior consultants. We believe that if someone is willing and able they should be given the chance to progress, therefore we believe that you will be client facing in a very short period, managing your own campaigns and delivering a quality service to YOUR clients!!
