Working as a recruitment consultant with us you will join our established and very successful team. This role is challenging and diverse. A large part of this will involve making outbound sales calls to a wide range of businesses in order to attract new business, you will also be responsible for attending face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to win their business. You will also manage the candidate process, interviewing, qualifying and introducing potential employees to your clients, managing your own diary.
