Senior Level Recruiters/Search Consultants - Search and Selection Recruitment
-Various Sectors, to £35K OTE £70K+, Manchester City Centre + excellent

Your Profile
Leading and high achieving recruitment consultants and search and selection consultants take
notice! This boutique, specialist consultancy is looking to add to their
recruitment team and build for the future with the addition of winning
recruitment consultants from any sector. You could have anything from six
months recruitment or sales experience and must be highly self-motivated, a
team player that hates office politics, is honest and hard working and have
the determination to develop your recruitment skills at the senior end of the
market. The suitable recruitment consultant will also be highly sales driven
and want to climb the career ladder as this company can offer endless career
opportunities.
The Role
This role will involve the full responsibilities of a
recruitment or search consultant. You will be working on high level, £40K +
vacancies across the UK and will use a variety of recruitment methodologies to
service you clients. If you don't have search experience you will be trained
in search and selection and sell retained services as well as using
traditional, contingency recruitment methods and specialise in legal, human
resources, sales and marketing or property recruitment. The right candidate
will also be client facing and winning new business will be a key part of this
role. You will work individually but also this is a team environment so
candidates should also be team players and like bouncing off other people.
