An exciting opportunity for a tenacious and target driven recruitment consultant to join this very successful team within a well established company.

My client is an international company calling out for experienced consultants to cover the Midlands and West region from their Bristol office. Located in the heart of the city centre, this lively and dynamic company is incredibly successful, with consultants billing in the region of £200k per annum, peaking at £350k for the top biller. This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and vibrant team of 9 consultants and 6 support staff, who are looking to expand off the back of their previous and continued sucess within their markets.

This role would be perfect for someone moving across from a large, KPI driven establishment, who wants to work in an environment where they are treated as a person, not a number. They are looking for someone with in excess of 2 years experience with consistent billings. Ideally you will come from a construction background, however, any solid experience within recruitment will be seriously considered. You will be autonomous and mature in your approach. Credibility is key as you will be dealing across the board from site managers to MD's within a huge existing client database covering the leading names in this sector.

In return, you can expect a great remuneration package, with a generous base salary. An uncapped competitive commission structure means there are no limits to the amount that you can earn.
