Media Sales Business Manager - National Press Market Leader
c£45k + uncapped OTE of £25k - £30k + benefits
Your Profile
Are you an innovative, strategic, media sales professional with experience managing a sales team? Do you have the ability and vision to assess your market and drive strategy and growth within your team? You are a passionate, imaginative and creative manager with strategic ability who enjoys motivating and inspiring your team of media sales professionals. You have proven success in business development, ideally within national press, and have proven media experience at a minimum of Group Head level.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing a multi discipline media sales team of 6-10 professionals within the classified department of this market leading national press business. The focus of revenue generation will be across the whole product portfolio and consist of both existing and new clients and agencies. You will be responsible for all advertising revenue over your given vertical, as well as setting and ensuring achievement of all budgets, targets, and relevant KPI's.
