Are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? Our Client prides itself on being the leading advisory and support service provider to business within Birmingham and the wider West Midlands
Our client are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Professional to help maximise the business profile, generating and delivering value added linkages between and across our commercial and Membership functions. You will be responsible for promoting the wide range of benefits on offer as well as securing referrals for the membership and commercial departments.
In addition you will be instrumental in defining and developing an overall package of support solutions for a range of clients and will work closely with the Director of Business Performance to ensure their execution and delivery.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience within a client-facing business development or marketing role, with a minimum of 12-18 months at management level.
You will be results orientated and will demonstrate a confident, professional but friendly manner with exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. You will be familiar with identifying potential prospects, making contact and presenting appropriate business support solutions.
The ability to influence and manage expectations is essential. A full driving licence is also required.
We offer a basic salary of £26,000 -£32,000 with a competitive commission structure .Benefits include a company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday and a personal pension plan.
