Job Description

Basic salary £18,000 + OTE (additional £15,000) + excellent benefits package including Company car, company mobile phone, personal development allowance, laptop and an expense account

 

Our client is a major blue chip company within the Financial Services industry. They are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and are increasing in turnover and size at a rapid rate.

 

They are currently seeking a New Business Development Manager to undertake a proactive  

sales role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in investigating and building new business relationships with customers. Maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times, when dealing with customers, representing the company, public speaking and presenting the appropriate range of business services. Self motivated, focused, results orientated, possessing excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong commercial acumen.

 

Duties;

 

To identify & prospect new business clients

To organise & generate sales appointments

To complete sale process to contractual agreement

To provide accurate sales reporting and forecasts

To achieve monthly sales revenue targets

To achieve monthly (KPI) activity & performance targets

 

Skills required;

 

Confident, outgoing and a good team player with smart appearance

Excellent communicator with good personal skills, possessing a resilient, resourceful and adaptive mindset

Background in the credit or financial industry preferred

Proven track record within a client facing or Telesales role or background required

 

The position has a great deal of scope for development. As part of the team you will be involved in the development growth opportunities available from the outset. Opportunities for career advancement would include product speciality and senior sales management. This role is an exciting prospect for any candidate with the ambition and a drive to succeed.
