Business Development Executive
Chippenham, Wiltshire
Up to £19,999 Plus Performance Related Bonus

Our client is a leading outsource telemarketing company. Providing practical expert advice and delivery to organisations selling to businesses, their in-house team is of exceptional caliber. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join their team.

This would suit a professional salesperson that would prefer a life with less travel and yet loves both working on the telephone and the excitement of selling.

As the Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with making outbound calls to businesses (often from cold leads) to help your clients create and build relationships. Speaking to senior managers and directors of major companies on a daily basis, you will convey credibility and create an instant impact.

Using your enthusiasm and high grade consultative skills, you will influence buyers to consider your clients' services in order to make a difference to their businesses. For the right candidate there may be the possibility of managing accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead generation
- Securing and arranging appointments on behalf of your clients
- Identifying new business opportunities

To be considered for the role of Business Development Executive, you will need a proven track record in either business to business (B2B) telemarketing or face to face sales experience.

Additionally, you will need to be dynamic, motivated and sensitive to others. You will also need to have outstanding communication skills.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have an HND or degree (or equivalent) in a business related subject. They will also have experience of CRM and speak a foreign language.
