BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Midlands £35K - £50K package We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic sales professional to join our clients team and generate high level new business with corporate organisations. Our Client An innovative & dynamic market leader in providing high quality risk management consultancy services to an enviable menu of Blue Chip clients. Recognised as experts in their field with a reputation for quality, know how and service. Part of a major PLC with a major industry name and exceptional credibility with the backing to invest and grow its business. The Role Expanding the existing business base through concentrated market penetration into new and existing sectors. Develop a full understanding and promote the full range of services Ensure new business targets are achieved Generate leads and appointments, in addition to those provided via tele-marketing support. Effectively manage a diary to maximise productivity. Prepare quotations to the highest standard. Establish and maintain business relationships with clients Be an ambassador for the organization and cross sell services offered by other parts of the Company. The Candidate You will have the freedom to develop this role yourself, so self-motivation, initiative and the desire to succeed are all prerequisite. In addition you should be : Able to demonstrate successful and proven track record in sales An effective networker, with good presentation skills IT proficient Confident & self-motivated An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills Previous experience in managed property, facility management, insurance or an understanding of risk management would be an advantage but above all we are looking for an exceptional individual with the flare and determination to succeed.
