Hart Recruitment is a successful and fast growing recruitment consultancy based in Great Barr, Birmingham. We have an opportunity for a successful Temps Controller with a proven track record of meeting and beating sales targets, to join our friendly team.

You will assist our high calibre candidates into their preferred roles through winning new business and developing our prestigious client base. To achieve the high standards we give to our clients, you will have an eye for detail and a methodical approach in order to manage a high volume of enquiries. You will need excellent communications skills and an ability to build good relations with clients and candidates as well as solid sales experience in recruitment or non recruitment industries.

In return for your hard work and achievements, we offer a generous basic salary and commission structure with uncapped earnings potential.
