Regional Sales Trainer - To £40k + Excellent Benefits - South East
The Profile
As a Regional Sales Trainer you will be either CIPD or NVQ qualified. The Regional Sales Trainer should excel at both technical and soft skills, and should possess the ability to evaluate and enhance these skills in others. The Regional Sales Trainer will have a considerable amount of proven experience in a Sales environment, preferably in field and telesales disciplines. A good demonstration of generalist training techniques, sales processes, performance development, learning and development will be essential for the regional sales trainer. Proficient IT skills including MS word and MS PowerPoint are fundamental to the regional sales trainer. Please note that this role is field based but you may be required in a number of locations from the Midlands to the Southeast.
The Role
As the Regional Sales Trainer you will be required to champion effective design, implementation and assessment of learning and development initiatives to the sales division in the areas of sales, sales process, product knowledge and the industry in line with my client's key priorities, Culture, Values, the People Management Framework and the goal of becoming a leading sales organisation. You will need to utilise a variety of methods and systems to understand training needs and to be able to translate and interpret the analysis for best fit solutions and recommendations. You will also need to design and develop key learning objectives and programmes in line with business priorities. Identifying relevant methods of delivery to suit different learning styles using all the elements of the learning cycle will be another key area for your role as a Regional Sales Trainer.
