As Account Director, your overall objective will be to own and direct our client's overall strategic relationships with major UK Banks and to deliver the revenue and profitability targets in line with jointly agreed objectives. Working with our clients extensive portfolio of White Label Insurance products, you will be based from the Redhill office once or twice a week, with the rest of the week meeting with your client base. You will also be responsible for ensuring the business relationshipsare strengthened at all levels. This role will have two direct reports so previous leadership experience is essential Our client is looking for an Account Director profile with a strong background in sales and relationship management, preferably having worked with Banks and Building Societies, large financial organisations or fund management groups. Other attributes that our client is looking for include: - An experienced manager of both field and desk based sales staff - A demonstrable track record of delivery versus targets - Strong communication skills with all levels of business, internal and external Our client is a leading provider of savings and investment management products and in insurance in the UK. They have been established for over 150 years which is not only testament to their credibility but it demonstrates our client's experience in every kind of economic climate. Currently they have over 6 million customers for life assurance, pensions and general insurance plans £60,000 - £70,000 Basic + £20,000 OTE + £7,000 Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare Scheme
