Contract Recruitment Manager

Basic Salary £25,000 to £30,000 plus £5,000 Car Allowance, Sales Commission and Profit Pay and Full Benefits package OTE 60k + uncapped

Building on a period of significant and sustained growth, ATA Selection is now in a strong position to build on the North East region. To head up an already skilled team of consultants to drive our success, we are looking to recruit an experienced manager with a track record of performance in contract and, ideally engineering, recruitment. You will be joining forces with an incumbent management team and have full autonomy to grow profits and extend our reputation for excellence throughout the North East.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a highly ambitious business that is looking to continue rapid organic growth plans by expanding into further locations in the medium to long term.
