Job Description

I am looking for a very commercial aware account manager who is used to working strategically at a very senior level.The role will be to maximise accounts, negotiate and manage profitability. At the same time you will be responsible for leading and developing your team of account managers who will manage the day to day operational issues associated with the accounts.
The candidate will be used to working in a fast paced environment ideally within a contact centre environment.
