Reporting to the MD, this role will see you responsible for developing new business across all segments of my client's marketplace. This is a high profile role within the company and requires an outstanding candidate to successfully develop this opportunity. The Business Development Director will: - Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic business plan, achieving revenue, market share and profit objectives within the Corporate Team. - Using best practice sales methodologies and processes; identify, qualify, develop, manage and close sales opportunities within the Corporate Market. - Manage a team of two Account Managers and three Sales Managers. - Manage key regional accounts. - Provide innovative quality solutions that satisfy and exceed client's needs and expectations. - Conduct workshops and sales calls, network within the key industry sectors, prepare proposals and manage negotiations. - Identify buying influences and develop contacts at the highest levels within target organizations. - Increase awareness of the Company's products and services through conferences and symposiums.

Suitable applicants are likely to be educated at least to degree level, whilst an MBA would be the ideal.
