Senior Sales Executive - Consultancy

£50K Basic £100K OTE + Benefits

London & South East

Do you have experience Selling Consultancy into HR?

Founded over 50 years ago our client are one of the country's leading provider of HR consultancy and outsourced solutions. Their clients range from FTSE100 organisations to small local businesses and include the likes Vodafone, Marks & Spencer, Barclays and Thames Valley Police. With one of the UKs most recognisable brands, fantastic career progression and an unmatched benefits package, our client offer everything an ambitious sales professional could ask for.

Due to recent expansion they are looking to recruit two new business sales people. They will require an understanding of the HR function and experience selling high value solutions into HR departments. They will need a minimum of 3 years business-to-business sales experience, a strong understanding of structured solution selling and experience selling both outsourcing and consultancy.

The successful candidate will be offered up to £50K on the basic salary, realistic on target earnings of up to £100K and unrivalled corporate benefits on top.
