Our client is a renowned international business insight consultancy, offering comprehensive access to a range of global information on companies, industries and executives. To support the growth of their Professional Services Group they are now looking for a Pre Sales Consultant to work closely with the account teams to identify, qualify and close new consulting opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with account teams and consulting with the client to understand their business needs and technical environment and developing and presenting solutions that meet these needs

• Staying up-to-date with all competitive products and technology developments and sharing this knowledge in order to support the development of new product solutions

• Working with other members of the professional services group to identify new products that will be considered high value by the customer base

Ideally, you will be working in an online publishing or business information environment. Alternatively, you could be working in a consulting environment involving technology implementation, or in-house within a knowledge management/research function. Either way, you will possess excellent experience of client presentations, training and proposal development, strong verbal and written communication skills and a good knowledge of general internet architecture including HTML, XML and RSS packages.
