Area Sales Manager
Field/home based, covering the North West and South West
£ Basic Salary (OTE Up to £35,000 including performance-related bonus) Plus Car, Laptop, Mobile, Travel Expenses/Mileage Paid, Home Internet
As a well established, market leading family company, our client specialises in fitted furniture solutions in the education market. An opportunity has now arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a driven, ambitious and talented sales professional looking to further develop their career and earning potential in a field sales position.
As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining accounts, covering the North West and South West.
Your role will involve selling fitted and loose furniture, targeting local authorities, contractors, architects and other specifiers. You will also promote the turn key side of the business directly to schools.
You will be responsible for your projects from start to finish. The company manages all aspects of the projects in house; therefore you can have complete confidence in the overall project running smoothly.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- a solid track record in sales (ideally B2B sales)
- a full UK driving licence
- a good phone manner
Additionally, as an Area Sales Manager you should be professional, well presented and self motivated. You will also need a good level of computer literacy.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a CRB check.
This is a field/home based role, covering the South West and North West. As such, applications are invited from candidates based anywhere within these areas, or those who are willing to relocate. Travel to the Manchester office will be required twice a month.
