Our client requires a Client Director to take responsibility for the business and programme management of all aspects of business management including revenue & costs, programme delivery, financial performance and service delivery for their key clients across London.
You will take responsibility for the programme scope, delivery planning and delivery of the programme, contract commitments and overall profitability. You will also organise and deliver all preparatory projects that may be required, including solutions offered and financial & non-financial results of programmes and projects.
This role will own strategic senior relationships with a number of clients at CEO/CIO level. You will also work very closely with in-house technical and 3rd party supplier team to support their work and ensure effective delivery and drive through issue resolution via effective relationship and stakeholder management. You will also identify additional revenue streams to drive the delivery of profitable business.
You should have a proven career history of senior programme management within a multi-complex environment, leading multiple transformational project lifecycles within government or NHS sector coupled with excellent business and commercial experience including detailed understanding of business development and P&L management. It is given you will have exceptional negotiation, presentation and communications skills with the ability to interface and build relationships with senior executives, clinicians, suppliers and IT professionals. MSP and Prince2 qual preferred.
