Business Development Manager/Sales Manager - Corporate Travel
Basic - £20,000-25,000, OTE - £4,000
THE COMPANY - Our client are a worldwide network of serviced apartments, offering corporate travel solutions to a broad range of corporate-customers. With several established locations across the UK, they are soon to open a brand-new centre in the heart of Manchester city-centre. With some prestigious awards and accreditations under their belt including the Sunday Times Top 100 Employers Award 2009, they are an attractive proposition to any seasoned Sales Executive within the hospitality or tourism sectors.
THE ROLE - As a 4-star centre, the role requires someone with the professionalism and polish that the establishment affords. Both confident yet refined, you will deal with clients in a manner that both gains trust both quickly and easily as part of long-term relationship-building strategy. New business will be generated by way of self-sourcing, therefore a sharp and entrepreneurial self-starter is required, capable of cold-calling and networking. The role will see the successful individual develop relations with senior directors, PA's and travel-bookers for clients within the legal sector, finance industry and many more. Experience of travel or hospitality sales is crucial as is the desire to progress within a particularly dynamic and enterprising organisation.
