Our client is a provider of HR and Payroll outsourcing solutions. Part of a larger PLC group of companies and with a presence in over 40 countries they are a true market leader.
They currently have a requirement for a Sales Manager to look after a team of 8 responsible for acquiring and account managing large public sector clients.
Responsible to the divisions Sales Director and working to a target in the region of £20 million you will have previous experience dealing with public sector accounts within the HR/Payroll outsourcing sector and will also have solid knowledge of the catalyst process.
Excellent business acumen alongside a keen perception of sales strategy and sales management processes is also essential alongside a demonstrable track record showing consistent overachievement.
Awesome earnings potential is on offer via an uncapped commission structure with on target earnings of £140k being very achievable.
