NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - CONTRACT COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + Bonus, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Health Insurance (family), pension, company car, 25 Days Holiday

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER WANTED IN COMMERCIAL CONTRACT CLEANING.

My client is one of the largest family run independent cleaning companies in the UK. They have expanded in recent years from their base in South London and now offer nationwide coverage from a number of satellite offices in Brighton, Westminster, Grove Park, and Birmingham. They operate a wide range of cleaning, graffiti removal, train cleaning and station cleaning, as well as traditional office and window cleaning services.

My client has made very strong organic growth since the 90's and are currently in the top 35 commercial cleaning companies in the UK.

There is currently a need to recruit a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER with a preference for CONTRACT COMMERCIAL CLEANING experience to drive sales and to become a key member of the long term future this rapidly expanding organisation.

  

The Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for a team of 8 Business Development Managers throughout the UK.
  • You will be responsible for selling my client portfolio of services such as: Window Cleaning, Janitorial supplies, Grounds Maintenance, Graffiti removal, Office / Building cleaning and local authorities' contracts.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring / managing the performance and development of direct reports, providing on-going coaching and direction as needed.
  • You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the company's service portfolio range within these Accounts.
  • Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximize the business potential of the region is crucial.

The Credentials

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the CONTRACT CLEANING market, an allied market.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and hands on' approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.
  • The NATIONAL SALES MANAGER must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
