The key purpose of this role is to identify, target and engage with new clients across the UK Growth potential client base to achieve sale of new consulting engagements in order to achieve revenue and profitable margin in line with agreed targets. The Role Involve: Undertake structured analysis to identify and target potential clients of consulting services across the UK growth market / Build and execute structured sales campaigns to engage with potential clients / To communicate capabilities to prospects and structure first engagement proposals for services / To secure agreement (sale) of consulting services in line with agreed commercial frameworks / To oversee early stage engagements prior to handing over to on-going consulting director or account team / Role will require extensive travel across UK We are looking for exceptional candidates with: Extensive experience in the sale and delivery of professional services (ideally consultancy) to new clients / Proven track record of sales development (rather than account development) / Ideally, recognised subject matter expert in both customer service and one of the following sectors Travel & Leisure, Retail, FMCG or Media & Telecom / Ideally, existing extensive network of key decision makers and consulting buyers across the UK Growth market sectors / Capable of building extensive network within target organisations / Typically the equivalent of 10 years experience with either an established major management consultancy or a market niche management consultancy
