Field Sales Executive - Packaging & Labelling Equipment

THE ROLE

A field sales role has arisen with one of the UK's leader in the distribution of Packaging Equipment. One will be selling a range of packaging equipment such as labelling, barcode and printing equipment, loose systems and fully integrated solutions into food, drink, chemical and beverage manufacturers across a UK sales territory. This business development sales role will involve developing new business whilst also providing a high level of sales and service to existing accounts. One will be liaising across all levels with the likes of Production Managers, Engineers, Purchasing Directors, Manufacturing Managers, Distribution Managers and Managing Directors.

THE CANDIDATE

·Have excellent new business development skills.
·A strong commercial approach.
·Ideally have sold a form of packaging machinery/equipment into manufacturing.
·Be capable of new business development with an excellent approach to account management.
·The ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from shop floor to Directors.
·Be confident, self motivated and have a tenacious approach.
·Have strong closing skills.
·Be a team player.
·Have experience selling packaging or distribution solutions.

THE PACKAGE

Basis Salary: £30,000
Commission: £40,000 - £50,000
Benefits: fully expensed car + mobile + pension
