Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000
We create specially made fabrications for companies who require exhibition sets, props and experiential marketing. Our work ranges from designing sets for TV companies to creating props such as the piano used by Lady Gaga during one of her performances!
What do we do?
We specialise in bespoke set design and construction, fabrication and production management services for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, TV, film, PR, live events and commercial interiors. Our team includes experienced, skilled craftsmen and precise production managers. Combine this with our technical knowledge, industrial capacity and most importantly creativity ensures that everything we produce is not only innovative but also of the highest quality.
What makes us stand out from the crowd is the fact that we are able to deal with the whole process; from the initial design to bespoke fabrication, installation and management.
Where do you come in?
As a Sales Executive your primary responsibility is to increase the client base of exciting companies we work with. Your proactive approach and your unswerving desire to achieve your targets together with your commitment to delivering excellent customer service will ensure you are successful in this role.
It will be down to you to use your initiative in order to help the customer visualise and experience the end result.
You will go through an initial induction stage, where you will spend time in the workshop to help you gain a real understanding of the business and the materials. You will receive appropriate sales training and on the job support.
What do you need to demonstrate?
You will have a minimum 2.2 at degree level and BBB at A Level or equivalent.
To work within our company you will need to show a real understanding for the commercial world. You must have strong commercial acumen and be absolutely committed to a career in sales.
We are looking for confident, articulate and pursuant people. It is imperative that you are focused, driven and quick paced, as these are the skills that will help you go far within the role and business.
