Partner Business Manager Business Solution Sales
JOB TITLE: Partner Business Manager.
AREA: North East.
BASED: Home based on patch.
BASIC: £35K.
OTE: £75K uncapped (£5K of which is guaranteed over the first three months).
BENEFITS: Mondeo type car fully expensed or £5K car allowance, health (Bupa), pension (non-contributory 10%), 25 days + stats, laptop and mobile.
THE ROLE

·The Partner Business Manager will be selling the companies full range of human resources, employment law, training, management and health & safety services.
·The Partner Business Manager sales role is in two stages: to broker partnerships with accountancy firms, banks, financial houses, brokers, insurance brokers, corporate accounts and so on and to sell the of employment law and health & safety consultancy services into the partners existing client base.
·The advantages to the Business Manager's partners are numerous, including being able to offer their own clients a new range of services and being paid commission from for all business gained through the partnership.
·Average order values in this role are around £15K but orders can go as high as £30K+ so the potential to earn is huge.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Candidates applying for this role should have at least 3 years field sales experience.
·This company is totally open as to what candidates have sold previously, products and services are equally attractive but solutions or services backgrounds are more appealing.
·A proven track record in both new business and account development is required for this role.
·Experience in selling to the professional (especially finance) sector would be beneficial for this position.
·This company is looking for an intelligent and well presented salesperson that is resilient and hard working.
