Position: Team Manager
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £25,000. £40,000 OTE
Job Purpose:
To acquire, retain and win-back profit generating business in the consumer marketplace for Client products at the best value ratio through a team of approximately twelve Home Energy Consultants.
Main responsibilities:
" Manage and drive the teams delivery and performance measured against agreed acquisition, revenue and other targets developed with the Consumer business
" Specific data planning and usage to maximise value acquisition, retention and win-back activities
" Sharing of best practice across the Team Manager community
" Actively manage the on-going development of all team members
" New product implementation as required
" Ownership of the delivery of Industry leading quality statistics currently measured as complaints and dissatisfactions
" Operate in a way that minimises risk to Client brands
" Drive performance of the team via a dashboard of KPIs utilising the tools and processes available such as AMP
" Take responsibility for broadening own skill set to aid personal development
" Promote HES products as a core Consumer offering and to drive HES sales through the team (where appropriate)
" Ensure that Client 'sales' are actively pushed and promoted through the field sales channel
" Effectively manage budgets to agreed parameters for the team in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
" Pro-active management of sickness absence issues across team, drawing on Occupational Health support as required
" Take responsibility for driving down colleague attrition across the team, sharing ideas and best practice across the channel
" A significant proportion of time must be spent out in the field coaching and developing staff to drive performance
" Identifying process improvements on a continuous basis
Responsibility for all disciplinary, capability and grievance hearings with the exception of dismissals and appeals.
