32K Ote 15k basic+Company car-NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!
An excellent opportunity has arisen to build a career with one of the leading energy providers in the uk. Currently number 2 they are aiming for number one by building a team of dedicated sales professionals. Due to the rapid growth of the team this will afford motivated people with customer facing experience to develop a sales career with opportunities to move in to senior sales, management or move internally within the company.

THE ROLE
Home energy consultant - starting salary £15k - ote £32k, company car, fuel card, phone and broadband allowance, palm top computer, 2 week residential training course, on going training

* Calling on new and existing clients
* Selling the companies competitive energy solutions
* Selling into the consumer market
* Working within 1 hours travel of home (return journey)

THE PERSON

* Sales experience in a customer facing environment or outbound telesales
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
* No more than 6 points on licence and no driving convictions in the last 5 years.

POA

* Starting salary of £15K rising to £17K after 6 Months(dependent on performance) and rising to £19K for a consistent high performer
* Immediate commission available due to first 3 months deals being paid when closed not installed.
* OTE - £17K on top of Basic (uncapped)
* Company car & fuel card
* 33 Days holiday
* Palm Top, Mobile phone and Broadband allowance
* 2 Week induction training (residential) and on going sales training.
