Sales Executive Office Interiors West Midlands East Midlands Or North West of UK.

A well-respected player in the Commercial/Office Interiors industry is looking to expand their sales team with a new business specialist, in order to further their expansion into this growing marketplace.

Selling to a wide range of businesses, from SMEs to large corporations, you will be responsible for the entire process, from initial contact, consultation of client needs, closing the deal, and further dealings with the client. This company targets a full range of markets, so you must be comfortable dealing with anyone from the owner of a small company, the facilities manager of a corporation, and many other key decision makers.

An understanding of the processes and products involved in Commercial/Office Refurbishments is key, knowledge of suspended ceilings, partition walls, and more general building regulations, costing procedures and Health and Safety Requirements. A proven Sales background is also important, with the ability to work under pressure, and deal with clients face to face.

We are looking for a great candidate, and we will respond with a great package. A basic salary of up to £35k for the right candidate, with a car allowance and generous bonus structure of an OTE around £50k.
