Job Description

Our client, a market leading document destruction company, are looking to recruit dynamic hard working Field Sales Representatives in a business-to-business role where you will be predominantly based in the field with one day a week spent in the office appointment making.

You will be working on 80% new business and 20% account managing existing clients. You will find your own leads through a series of cold calls and referrals from existing clients.

You should have previous sales experience although applications will be considered from people who are looking to get in to their first field sales role. You must have excellent communication skills and a can do attitude with the drive to succeed as well as a full driving licence and full use of your own vehicle.    You will also have a proven track record showing successes to date.

In return the company offer a basic of £18k with realistic OTE of £30k in the first year plus a car allowance of £330 per month with an excellent career path.
