Trainee Graduate Sales Executive
Basic Salary £22,000, OTE £45,000
4 month academy training programme
Are you a tenacious, results orientated graduate sales professional with a high level of initiative and personal drive?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading, house-hold named, Business Technology company who are recruiting a small number of graduate sales people to join their sales development programme. PMA have placed numerous salespeople on this training scheme in the past 20 years and many have progressed to 6 figure salaries and senior, board level positions throughout Europe.
Building on a candidate's existing sales success, the programme will develop an understanding of the company's complete solutions and offerings. The sales training will be to the highest levels in the industry (industry recognised) which will in turn build specific sales skills through a mentor scheme.
The programme will run for 4 months leading to each candidate being allocated a sales territory and have full responsibility for the revenue generated within this area, consisting of both existing and new clients.
Successful candidates must:
1) Be graduate calibre.
2) Be tenacious, results orientated sales professionals with a high level of initiative and personal drive.
3) Have a proven sales experience, ideally a minimum of 1 year
4) Be adept at presenting and positioning value statements and handling objections successfully.
5) Have excellent communication skills, able to listen, gain clients trust and information leading to presenting ideas effectively.
6) Have a current UK driving license is essential.
