TRAINEE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVES

Salary: £15,000 basic / £40K OTE (Top Achievers earning 6 figures)

Our client is a hugely successful and world leading blue chip company and they're looking for driven, tenacious and sales-orientated people. The Academy can last up to 6 months (depending on your own individual progress) and will include a mixture of in-house and field-based training. Until which time you will become a fully fledged Field Sales Executive working for a global brand; increasing your basic salary and almost trebling your earning potential!! Targeting Small to Medium Enterprises (SME's), you will be cold calling and visiting your clients to conduct product demonstrations and secure sales in line with your KPI's and targets.

Proven sales exposure in a previous job would greatly assist, so if you have a background in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, door knocking, venue sales, call centre, cold calling, recruitment, estate agency, customer service, retail or similar then we want to hear from you! You will need to be driven, hardworking and motivated with an eagerness to succeed. You will love working in a target driven environment as well as be capable of working under pressure and to your own initiative. You MUST also have a full, clean drivers license, held for a minimum of 12 months, so you can get behind the wheel of your company car.
