Operations Manager - Managed Print Service

£35,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Buckinghamshire Based

My client is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing solutions including laser and multifunction devices, inkjet printers and associated services and supplies for homes and offices in over 150 countries. They are renowned worldwide for their customer-driven approach to developing their wide array of award winning products and satisfying the demanding and constantly changing workflow management needs of today's businesses.

PMA have a vacancy for a Customer Operations Manager based in Buckinghamshire, focussing on being the principle contact for all projects ensuring the completion and contractual commitments of our client are achieved. Duties also include strategic planning and development of future tools for implementation services. The Customer Operations Manager is also responsible for coordination internally to ensure client expectations have been properly set, a statement of work is coordinated for all services engagements and a qualified project manager is assigned to each approved project.

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure standard methodologies are built and maintained to support the requirements of each project as well as managing post project reviews to incorporate continuous quality improvement of methodology. You will also be managing allocated MPS accounts including the account's P&L and resulting margin, Service Delivery and other appropriate service SLA's and KPI's.

Candidates must have 5 years experience in an operational and managed services environment You will hold strong communications skills, a degree and project management certification. It would be highly advantageous if you have managed projects that were large in scope, cost, and complexity, to a successful completion and have experience in working with upper level management in a problem solving or management role. You will have an understanding in ISO 9000, quality management, business practice development, project planning tools and basic financial concepts with the ability to use VISIO and Microsoft Project.

In return you will enjoy an industry leading remuneration package and a £35,000 - £50,000 salary.
