Field Sales Executive (World Wide Market Leader) £20,000 - 25,000 basic, £44,000 uncapped OTE, fully expensed company car, Pension, Health Care. Based in West London and covering postal areas such as SW, BR, GU, RH, KT, TW or CR. Our client offers successful candidates a fantastic opportunity to earn far in excess of £50k per year as well as a career moving into sales management, corporate accounts or even sales directorship. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating gross profit on a given geographical sales territory as well as building long term business relationships with key decision makers, through gaining a full understanding of your client's business, you will propose various sales solutions based around your findings. The market is one that is highly competitive and as such, the sales executive needs to not only add value to the specific product that they are looking to sell but also to create relationships with their clients based on trust and delivery of service. Ideally educated to degree level, successful candidates will have an understanding of general business processes and be able to demonstrate an ability to think on their feet. Individuals need to be vibrant and charismatic with a strong personality and an assertive nature, be able to influence without being seen as pushy or forceful. At interview they will make an immediate impact with their confidence and lively nature. The ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and drive to earn will be evident, as will your ability to fit into a highly motivated and activity focused sales team environment. Successful candidates will be offered highly acclaimed 2 week residential Sales Training course, a basic salary of up to £20k, fully expensed company car, award winning pension scheme as well as very achievable On Target Earning of £44k. However the ability to over achieve is very real and sales executives can earn up to £70k in their first year.
