Field Sales Executives Needed!!!

Currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is the worlds largest independent distributor of document management solutions and leads the way in best-of-breed business and information technology. Our client has an international turnover in excess of $4.9 billion and offices in more than 500 locations throughout North America and Europe.
Due to the continued and consistent growth across the UK, our client is looking for the right people to expand an already strong nationwide presence.
Ideally you will be familiar with MFD, Copiers, IT Hardware solutions, Capital equipment or consumables, our you are a new business driven sales executive wanting to break into the above areas with at least 3 years business to business sales experience.
Position Profile:
The Account Executive's primary focus is to expand sales revenue as well as drive new market share by growing current accounts and hunting for new business.

Responsibilities:
Propose the proper solutions to customers by integrating document management and IT technologies to include the appropriate front-end solutions, connectivity and hardware.
Perform complex business analyses of customer's business communication requirements
With a team of specialists, coordinate the necessary resources to respond to major corporations, vertical markets (e.g. Legal) or a professional institution and exhibit leadership qualities to effectively direct people and projects.
Develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceed customers' requirements by applying a consultative approach.
Proactively develop new customer contacts, review leads, participate in customers' strategic planning and deliver management services proposals and management services studies as prescribed by sales management.
Organize and implement post-sale delivery and implementation at customer locations. Act as primary point of contact for all sales paperwork.
Meet or exceed sales revenue and gross profit expectations.
Maintain records of all account activity within sales database.
Plan and consult within a team-based work environment to coordinate activity.
Promote products and represent the company at off-site customer meetings.
Identify contacts in accounts and conduct strategic calls.
Participate in account-planning sessions.
Serve as first line of contact with customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent educated
3 years of successful sales experience
Sales of capital equipment/office products/IT hardware solutions advantage
Desire to succeed in sales and earn commission
Able to work under pressure and to meet sales targets
High energy levels and self-motivation
Good problem solving skills
Above average listening skills
Numerical reasoning skills (Ability to understand & apply financial information)
Professional and personal integrity
High work ethic
Valid drivers license
PC and software literate
