Sales Manager - CBT Solutions

THE ROLE
An excellent Sales Managers position has arisen selling an innovative software system for cognitive behaviour therapy. This hands on role will involve managing two sales executives whilst also proactively growing sales, actively selling into Primary Care Trusts across a UK sales territory. One will be targeting Mental Health Commissioners, presenting the software and the benefits to the Trust, moving on to demonstrate the software, aim to implement a trial, regular contact through to close. Management duties will involve getting the best results from the sales team through the effective delivery of training, mentoring, setting and implementing targets, forecasting and budgeting.

THE CANDIDATE

·Have experience selling into Primary Care Trusts and the NHS.
·Have experience managing a sales team.
·Have strong business development skills and a dynamic approach.
·Be tenacious, personable and capable of dealing across all levels.
·Have strong communication skills and presentation skills.
·Are looking for a company that reward for tenacity and success.
·Want to be trained, developed and grow with a company.
·Have the ability to cover a larger territory.

THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Commission: £50,000 - £55,000
Package: Mileage allowance, mobile, laptop and healthcare
