THE ROLE:

Field Sales Executive role has arisen for a leading company that develops innovative healthcare products to hospitals and clinics. Due to continued expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen within their breast prosthesis division working closely within an already established portfolio of NHS Hospitals developing relationships with breast care nurses and patients advising on the most suitable breast prosthesis products for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The role will suit a self motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a long term career.

THE CANDIDATE:

·Due to the nature of this role, the job is only suitable for female applicants.
·Experience within a field sales role.
·No relevant market experience needed for the role.
·Excellent relationship building skills with an empathetic approach to sales.
·Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential within the role.
·Friendly, approachable and likeable personality who will fit in well within a highly effective team.
·Ideal location Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire or surrounding areas.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £26,000
Commission: £36,000uncapped
Benefits: Excellent benefits package inclusive of car, pension, healthcare and usual executive benefits.
